The ones I just bought are good until August 2027. If I open one now I don't expose the others to air.
I don't know the cost in the US for the 8 Oz can. Here I can order a 3 pack of Clabbergirl for about $28. Which seems pricey. My off brand powder is 80 cent for 5 ounce equivalent.

In the US I always tossed half a can unless I could get a smaller one.

I haven't had to dispose of any packets yet. But I'm making pancakes most every Sunday here so my use rate went up.
