Baking powder. [View all]

Here in Germany backing powder is usually sold in little packets. 1 Tablespoon or 15 grams per package. It is single acting.

Any way at one of my local stores I found a new product. I know it is new because it has 'neu' on the front.

Backin Pulver, backpulver for Air Fryers... 3 packets for 80 cent.

I buy the off brand of regular powder, 10 pkg for about 79 cent. The air fryer packages are 11 grams each, so you get less. I guess this makes some sense since air fryer recipes are smaller than regular oven ones.

If I get a specific recipe for my air fryer I'll just measure out the amount needed.
