Toasted whole grain English muffins
For some reason I just got a strong desire to melt some cheese on the half muffins. Now to select a cheese.

I'd ask Ducky to help select a cheese, but he's not going to come out of bed until he knows something is ready. Ducky reminds me of our Four Legged Food Critic by his obsession with food and by contrast his uncritical approach. I still miss tiny FLFC.
