Whole grain English muffin to follow. Perhaps some Greek yogurt with fresh raspberries.

I slept late this morning. Poor sleeping last night. I had a steroid injection in my lower back yesterday and poor sleep could be a side effect. Then again it might be the news, so little of it good.

Ducky is on the porch barking at a teenager way up at the road waiting for the school bus. It is a "hey, I'm here bark." He has met the lad and received some affection.

Busy day: Ducky will be going to the doggy spa midday and then TJ and I will go to the registrar's office and do our votes on the Virginia referendum for temporary redistricting. That is all way on the other side of Charlottesville. We plan to have a burger at a diner not far from the doggie spa and then hopefully he will be ready.
