What's for Dinner, Tues., March 24, 2026 [View all]

I bought my cat some mackerel and since he is such a persnickety little character, gave him a tiny bit for starters He was indifferent. I guess he won't mind if I have the larger piece, then. I sauteed it in olive oil, so now I will add some black pepper and herbs.

Yum, it really is quite delicious.

Also making spiralized zucchini salad with goat cheese, olive oil, and lemon.

No kombucha until tomorrow, so lemon water.

Found some more organic strawberries, so now I can have strawberries and whipped cream with the shortcakes.
