since a few days ago.

This morning I had

a thick slice of ham in a sandwich on toasted whole wheat bread with slices of a very tasty tomato and some mayo.

some apple cobbler with a tablespoon of vanilla ice cream

two mugs of black coffee

Chilly rainy, dark day here with a very few large snow flakes. Everyone but me is asleep and I'm considering an afternoon nap.
