Salmon and Corn Chowder. Salmon filet with Yukon Gold potatoes. Corn, onion, heavy cream, thinly sliced basil leaves. Clam broth.

To go with it, lightly toasted Naan bread, olive oil butter.

Sparkling apple cider and cherry kombucha.

Dessert: Caramel marshmallow chocolate from the Christmas chocolates.
