I again, bought a rotisserie chicken over the weekend...I'll make stock with the bones and then add my remaining chicken to broth with noodles and carrots... probably a grilled cheese sandwich with it...Sweet tea to drink...

Your broccoli cheese soup sounds good....different cheese choice.... I like it.
