Orange-Cranberry Pecan Bread is in the oven. [View all]

I made this recipe a couple of weeks ago and we liked it so much that I made it again this morning. It is a tea bread or quick bread but my sister and I ate it like cake. It's not too sweet and has interesting flavor combinations. The recipe instructions seemed a bit fussy for me, but I followed them the 1st time I made it. It came out perfectly even though I didn't bake it for the full time suggested in the recipe. I think it would also be good with Meyer lemon.
