Has anyone here tried the Easyway method of stopping smoking? [View all]

It was recommended to me years ago, but I of course just ignored it.

It gets incredibly positive reviews. There is a book or you can opt for a webinar or seminar.

I have just started the book and I am feeling pretty positive, which is not what I ever expect when I start to think about stopping.

It's the kind of "stick it to the man" philosophy that really is appealing to me.

Anyone have any experience?
