I think you might have finally found the right doctor.

As far as psychiatric medication goes, it can be glorious and it can be hellish. Given the difficulty of finding the right diagnosis, it's probably easy to understand how things can go wrong with medication. And even if the doctor does find the right diagnosis, there is still the difficulty of finding the right medication at the right dosage.

I guess I kind of got lucky. Medication works gloriously for me and I have the right medication at the right dosage. I see reality more clearly than a lot of people who are considered sane. There is nothing hazy about my perception.
