That is a massive stretch.I cannot think of a time when I was 'in session' where I did not say that at least a few times. I am wondering about this now. Do you think they are trying to railroad you into this because that would give them credence to say that your issue are all 'in your head'? I might mention this to those people if they keep going on and on about it. Time for a second opinion, I think.
