Is not OK. The person who said there would be a call back may not be aware of the number of
people and places without power now, and how that lack of capacity may be impacting the ability of the VA to respond. I am sure glad that you and your furry companion have weathered this storm physically. Recovering from trauma is rough going, and I wish you the best.
