3. My cocktail
Thu May 9, 2024, 07:33 PM
May 2024

I take the following:
- citalopram for the depression
- lamotrigine
- lithium carbonate
- ziprasidone

It's powerful stuff, and I would swear that it makes my face twitch. I have suicidal episodes around 3-4 times a year, maybe less, and they used to happen every month or so, so I consider this a big improvement.

I have been taking this cocktail for 3-5 years (I lose track). I see the ads on TV for new drugs and I laugh because they are ads, and they are new drugs, and I want to stick with things with a track record. I also laugh because they say that the side effects include suicidal thoughts. So, in other words, they don't eliminate the problem. Again, I'll stick with what I have.

Wishing you the best, glad religion helps.
