Gone no contact with sister [View all]

I'm constantly looking for support for anxiety. I probably over share. Anxious people can be a pain to listen to constantly.

I am at the point of not contacting my sister due to her rude, aggressive responses to me. I need to keep problems to myself. I had a health scare that might still be a problem. Thank God for you all on here.

I cannot take the judgement, hounding, demands I follow her instructions to live my life her way. Its a long story. But she's making it worse. I am reaching out for local friends.

Funny thing is, my bossy know-it-all sister s life is a shitshow. She's been disabled years. She takes it as some type of personal affront I hired a SSDI lawyer and she didn't. She thinks my dental specialist is "upselling" me. I don't cook the way I should. I've always been nice and supportive listening to her financial problems, health problems, kid problems. I just withdraw. I don't want to argue. I'm tired.
