15. Walk...4, 5, 6 or more miles. Alone. In the woods.

No music, no podcasts…silence. However long it takes. If you have a pack, put something in it…enough to feel, but not “heavy”.

Start early, daybreak even. Even if you feel exhausted from not sleeping right. It’s almost impossible (for me anyway) to stay pissed after watching a sunrise.

Then, after you are worn out, go home and get a nap.

That’s what works for me.
