12. When I made my choices, I wrote out a list of reasons to stay in, longhand

Over several days time, it turned out to be a long list.

My mom lost a child to SIDS, I sort of remember being in the other room when the cops(long before EMS existed) got to our house. I cannot go before her, I cannot do that to her.
I was not interested in more cats, the universe had other plans, I now have 2 very indulged semi ferals

I cannot go, today.

Old Baldy, you got a list? For today?
