Having panic attacks [View all]

Got a letter from HR telling me I either return to work or resign after six months of being out. I am in the SSDI process, so will not be returning. Anything having to do with my job sends me into panic mode.

I was okayed by the long-term disability insurance company to receive monthly payments. I'm concerned that resignation will effect my LTD insurance payments and health insurance, which I'm paying fully now

I'm calling HR tomorrow. Just so worried, I didn't sleep last night. Trying to stay calm, but it's hard not to be anxious.

Thanks for reading. I really don't have anyone to vent to
