I'm 64 now, and I weigh more than I should. I still run, but not as often as I used to, and not as fast. When the weather is not nice enough to run, I use my elliptical trainer, and I need something good to watch on tv, or I get bored and stop. When I use weights, I go light. Half the weight I used to lift, but more reps. I had hernia surgery a few months ago, and the surgeon said no more sit-ups. He said do leg lifts instead, so I do those. Getting older has meant a lot of adjustments. But, it's still a good life.
