2. Ramble On! Keep up the progress. "Time alone" beats the germ-filled gym any day IMHO.

Instead of an exercise bike "my butt gets numb" , I use two different old school devices for warm up and light cardio: The one by the TV is th old "Cardio Glide" exercise machine that's not really a bike but more like a sit on rowing thing. It was touted by the Fit or Fat guy on PBS in the 90's and sold thru Sears and on TV. You can find them always on marketplace or eBay for $25 or so. It uses every major muscle group, and you're lifting body weight in the motion, not just sitting on it. And it is small-ish and silent so doesn't bother TV watching. The second one is a strider device that mimics cross country skiing, and is a bit more cardio. But if you're able to walk you can manage this device. It also was touted on TV infomercials back in the day, by Tony Little and is called Gazelle "Sprint Master" Again, available used on marketplace and craigslist type places for next to nothing.
I'll try to upload photos.
Good luck on your journey back to healthy!
