Week 2 since the accident [View all]

I found my tracking from before and I was moving a significant amount of weight, but not dwelling on that....well, trying not to.

I am still doing light weights, getting back into the swing of it and making sure my form is perfect so I don't hurt myself.

Up to 20 minutes on the exercise bike for warmup, but my butt goes numb after about 15 minutes. Got to figure that one out, if I watch The Pitt while I'm on there, the time goes fast!

Six workouts in two weeks, mostly just the bar, but my hips are finally feeling normal again, some days, I even forget to take Tylenol, so that's progress, right?

Trying to accept that it will take me a long time to get back to where I was and then, beyond.

I may be a fat lady, but I'm strong.

Sorry for the rambling, I spend a lot of time alone.
