10. Never give up is all I've got to say

My dad quit drinking 30+ years ago and his advice to me was don't ever give up.

It's not easy, and you probably beat yourself up more than anyone else would.

I tried to quit so many times I lost count. I ended up getting help and have stayed sober since (10 years at the end of '21 if I keep it up).
