5. Have you ever tried a OA (Overeaters Anonymous) meeting?

I realize that they're probably not meeting in person now, but there are other options. That's one way to get the support you need and ideas from others who have been where you are now.

I'm in AA (11 years), but I started out also going to Alanon and OA with my sponsor. She had an overeating issue and I had just the opposite problem, when I drank, I ate nothing which got to be dangerous. I really liked the others and it helped to get suggestions and hear how they handled things.

I'm much more familiar with AA, but they have Zoom meetings now that in-person meetings are prohibited. I have a friend who's very active in OA and she listens to meetings over the phone most mornings. And those are ways you could quietly check things out to see if it might be helpful for you.

Don't get discouraged, we all have setbacks. If we could access DU.2, I posted a thread here saying how discouraged I was. But I didn't give up and you shouldn't either...
