when you don't even have a standard (nor in this case 'working' ) definition ... You can pretty much predict scattershot (and largely personal 'opinion') as your result.

There is of course good evidence that our diets (largely self imposed) are doing us no favors. But, we've also gone a bit crazy train on 'chemicals', 'additives', 'processing' yada, yada - (some of which are self evidently a positive as far as our food quality and safety goes) - all without really (in many cases) knowing what the hell we're talking about.

(MSG being a great case in point. Vilified in the public sphere .. with little real solid evidence of harm ... Which hasn't stopped a public campaign, and millions upon millions ...)
