I been dealing with a fib and then a flutter for 13 years. I’ve interacted with several people with similar dxs. I’ve gotten the straightest answers from cardiac nurses. I’ve been fed stories by fancy surgeons. From what I’ve been able to figure out these are complicated conditions which doctors try desperately to plug into various pigeon holes. I wish I could give you some solid answers because that would mean there were solid answers.
I’m less active now (80 yo), but I worked a busy, physically demanding job for 3 years and then a very active, physically demanding retirement for 6 years.
Don’t slow down until you have to (Covid slowed me down, unfortunately), find a doctor that you like and live your life.
