A lot of products today have some sort of Soy component, and from what I have read, Soy is not good for you. One of the biggest problems is that Soy in the USA is about 98% GMO.

I use lots of artifical sweetener, mostly sucralose (Splenda). It has no harmful effect whatsoever.
