But if the Indian govt or my state govt continues to back the stuff it has between 2012 and the present which is a completely creepy and non-consensual rollout of technology in a way I would never back ans indeed came back to India from the US to avoid, then it will be one.

What I have seen since 2011 will only result in psychiatric malpractice allegations in the US and malpractice, misconduct sexual and other forms of harassment allegations here in India.
It is only the specific people so far and more of the same are just entrapping themselves at this point.
