I've come to suspect that they have some connection with the Ukraine government, they often include a lot of insider level detail as well as imagery and video footage - like from drones and stuff

I've never seen any of the claims made by this account being in dispute by other reports

Generally all the information I've seen from this source has been supportive of the Ukrainian efforts so it does seem like likely it's somewhat tied to government sources
