FBI has know for 30-40 yrs now, that persons who abuse helpless animals, like this poor stray dog, go on to harm children & the elderly! Its a KNOWN FACT! And "somehow" this clueless moron "judge" lets this ahole off?
The people in his area must remove him. He's clueless or a imbecile!
That poor dog... my ♥ breaks for these creatures subjected to cruel treatment, by these sick twisted morons.
DOG is GOD spelled backwards...
