3. We had bike lanes in Madison, WI

when I was in college. I live in Houston TX now and would love to see anything other than enormous SUVs ... we not only need things like bike lanes but also trains to move people (it's ridiculous - a port town with miles of track everywhere but only one small train connecting downtown with medical center).
