Yes, the seeds make a great pine nut substitute in pesto, as well as about any other dish for which one might use nuts or sunflower seeds etc.

This got me thinking about a great pumpkin drop off, but for how full our freezer is in these covid days.
A frugal life can be full of riches when done with style and creativity.
