That's a baseless claim and you've always been wrong. One might suspect a nuclear bro who claims nuclear energy is the one and only thing that can save us is probably not thinking clearly enough to be much concerned with fossil fuels at all. But that would be mere speculation.

A reasonable person is aware of their own biases. Some may have serious concerns about the current effort to promote new SMRs while relaxing safety standards or regulations, but there seems to be some consensus around the use of SMRs so it's best to at least keep an open mind. Likewise, anyone really concerned about fossil fuels should welcome new and innovative technologies that reduce their use.
