They're smart enough to know that human magnified global warming climate change is for real, so it's probably to serve as their Noah's Ark.

As it all starts hitting the fan most every where else, I believe that Greenland may be one of the few areas on Earth that become more survivable should the worst case scenario happen, isolated, fresh water, larger land areas that green, mountains for tunneling and strong resources.
