1. I snorkeled on coral reefs in the Caribbean off the coast of Venezuela and in the Florida Keys in 60s as a teenager,

and have scuba-dived on reefs in the Okinawa Islands, Thailand, the Philippines, the Australian GBR, and in the Red Sea as an adult. It breaks my heart to see these priceless natural resources succumbing to pollution and global warming world-wide. Like the rain forests, coral reefs are remarkably bio-diverse habitats that can never be replaced.
