2. When I did my taxes this year on turbo tax I had a refund due and asked for a check

I got a letter from the IRS saying they no longer send checks because of the 🍊🐖💩’s executive order and the Turbo taxes program of which I do my taxes with every year didn’t inform me when I got to that part of my filing. I had a gov account but every time I enter my login and to give my bank details the site freezes up and doesn’t work giving me an error message. I’ve easily tried this 30 times in the last month. So I’m out some serious money from my refund. And you can’t call the iRS and turbo tax website was no help either. 😡 I anticipate next year will be an even more nightmare.
