They want you to hang-up and just go away already.

This is the reason why I don't do the stock market.

When the crash of 2008 hit, the investing counselor at the local bank called to move her money and NO ONE ANSWERED THE TELEPHONE!

Great fun investing isn't it?

It is YOUR money and they are being PAID by YOU to handle it and you are on hold for well over an hour?

I'd take my business elsewhere!
