They assume they will take on the abuse because they have a calling. Well, in at least one school district in Florida, 50% of the teachers are resigning because of the hostile work environment they're dealing with.

Why is it so difficult to understand that in a capitalist society, your income decides what kind of life you are going to provide for yourself and your loved one. That is the true passion.
