6. Dollar General will go into rural areas where there is no competition and clean up.

It is the only place to buy "groceries" within ten miles of me. (I do drive to a real grocery store) The local stores are dirty, the isles are usually blocked with un-shelved merchandise. And when I go into the store about once every two weeks or so, they have a new store manager and staff. There is a reason that they can't keep employees even in a depressed area.
