as in white communities? That would be an interesting question to examine.

Also if the blacks have a significantly lower default rate than whites after being "redlined", then we have a problem. That is what was seen in some of the primary loan discrepancies. Of course it is much more serious when a black person doesn't pay back a loan than when a white person doesn't (sarcasm).
