I suppose I'm addressing those who don't have Hondas and/or don't do their maintenance. I check my oil once a week as well as the fluids and hoses under the hood. Change the oil every 3,000 miles. Take it in when I see something, hear something, smell something, and/or feel weird vibrations.

IMO, a lot of people literally drive their vehicles into the ground.
