U.S. Ford Motor Company Sales In The Red During Q1 2026

Ford Motor Company sales decreased nine percent to 457,315 units during first quarter of 2026 in the United States. Sales decreased at both Ford and Lincoln.

"The first quarter showed our team worked hard to maintain retail share and navigate a changing industry, while underlying demand remains strong for F-Series, SUVs and the Ford Pro business," said President of Ford Blue and Model e, Andrew Frick. "We’re focusing on our high-demand segment strengths while continuing to meet the needs of our customers with affordable and premium vehicle choices," he added.

• Total Ford Motor Company sales during first quarter of 2026 decreased 8.8 percent to 457,315 units
-- Truck sales decreased 11.3 percent to 257,475 units
-- SUV sales decreased 7.8 percent to 185,766 units
-- Car sales increased 50.1 percent to 14,074 units
