Best iPhone app to screen and/or block telemarketing calls and text spam? [View all]

Forget the "do not call" list ... it's a joke. I'm looking for an app that will allow me to block incoming telemarketing calls, or store those numbers so they're blocked from calling again. Anyone have anything they like? Thanks.
