I don't quite understand how apps work sometimes. I have an iPhone 7 and my online banking app won't open [View all]

It has a little cloud under it and says it can’t download it this time. I’ve been using it for a few years never had any trouble. Anybody have any suggestions? I’m sorry I’m so technologically ignorant
