Also, some MP3s have slots for mini-Sandisks, which you can then put into your computer disk slot. (You might need an adapter for a mini-disk, but you can get those at CVS for a few bucks.)

I feel your pain. I have a whole bunch of articles I wrote in college trapped on an ancient hard-drive.
