10. I bought an ACER 3 1/2 months ago and am very happy with it

New Acer Aspire 5 15.6'' FHD Notebook Ryzen

I bought it on eBay for $429.00 where it gets a 4.9 out of 5 star rating.

(I've had none of the problems mentioned in the few complaints on Amazon)

It does come with Operating System in 'Windows 10 S Mode', which is not desirable.
But you can easily get rid of the ‘S mode’ to go to a regular Windows.
