Something just ain’t right. It could even be driver related. It’s not hard to tell usually if a fan needs to be replaced and if the cost to replace is in your budget do it. Then run any dell diagnostics update stuff or just go to their website and download tools drivers for it. If it’s the cpu fan making the noise, then definitely get it replaced after reading how to.
