1. It may be that that app is in process but has not been formally released yet. I have a similar issue

with At&T's WATCHTV app (not their standard AT&T app), which if you search google with "ROKU" associated it takes you to the ROKU page where you can select it and it shows installed, but does not show up on my channel line up. I contacted At&T and they said it was in process, but had not gone live as of yet. My guess is that you may have a similar issue.
