When W10 1st came out. it was a known problem that it conflicted with my anti-virus program. I forgot what one I was using at the time. I ended up restoring the PC to a previous backup date, downloaded a free virus program, deleted the program that I had, let the "fixes" update. Defragged and cleaned disc. Reinstalled my virus program.

I got it in safe mode, tried this and that then chose to do a OS RESET and I should be abqtommy May 2020 #9
