first thing I do is take it in to the Verizon people. Whether it's something on their end or not, chances are good they at least know what issue you're dealing with (and 100% easier than trying to talk to AOL over the phone). If no help from Verizon .. you can take your chances with AOL, or .. my next step is deleting, then reinstalling, ALL the email accounts on the phone .. and as last resort (although this is not as drastic as it sounds) save all your pictures and goodies and then do a factory reset. You'll be able to find pretty good instructions relatively easily on how to do this just by searching your phone and model on Google. Back to square one, and then Android will walk you through set-up again. Good luck.
