"Microsoft Directx" question [View all]

I have been playing the free downloadable games from "Big Fish".
I get one hour free per game. There may be hundreds of games;
I play the 'hidden object' games.

I've played them occasionally in years past with no problem.
I regularly run various scans (SUPERAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes, CCleaner, etc) and "Big Fish" does not appear to put any unwanted crap on my laptop.

However, I've recently had a problem. After playing several games, I download a new game,
but I cannot open the new game to play it, as I could with the one I just completed.

I get a popup message saying my 'Microsoft DirectX' is not working and that I need go to the Microsoft website
and download it to reinstall.
The message does not offer a link, so I Google the Microsoft website, download 'Microsoft DirectX', and reinstall it.
But the game still will not play.

Only after using "Revo Uninstaller" to delete everything related to 'Big Fish'
plus searching & deleting everything related to 'Big Fish' from my 'Windows C' can I play a couple more games before once again getting the popup saying my 'Microsoft DirectX' is not working and that I need go to the Microsoft website and download it to reinstall.

Any ideas? Thanks.
